LA FONDATION BACCHUS is a sonic entity without limits, a team of former scientists and mystics, who shall be referred to as Bricktechnicians, who decided to join forces and combine their mental powers into a mega-computer/synthesizer able of transcending sound and mind in a magma of sine waves destined at surrounding you in the most lavish of absurdist sound concepts. Said concepts have been known to be referred to as "psychedelic", "ambient", "drone", "progressive", "rock", "concrete" or even "electronic".
These sonic offerings from our roster shall progressively be made available from this very place, with added liner notes and potential bonus material included.
Additionally, information about La Brique Technique (the driving force and Holy Substance of the Bricktechnicians) shall be provided in due time.

Omar Garita

Omar Garita is one of the 6 great Bricktechnicians, he is the Phoenix that rose out of Jorgen Mortensen's ashes.  Although Omar Garita previously was a part of La Fondation in spirit, his official activities started in the early hours of the year 2010, when he spontaneously appeared during an improvisation with colleague Lénina Epstein. This collaboration resulted in a release ("Sémaphores Invisibles") that would become the first in a series of four, each release being made in collaboration with another major Bricktechnician.
Releases with Bernold Delgoda, Otto Domingo and Derec Lemago subsequently followed; the zenith of the series would be a solo Omar Garita album, "Pilliers de la Fondation" ("Pillars of the Foundation"), containing four tracks, each being a tribute to one of the Bricktechnicians. Shortly afterwards, a remixed version of this release was produced, with each Bricktechnician remixing the song he was written.
Not much is known about Garita's "normal" life, except that he was born in Spain in 1966. To this day, all we have to help us getting to know him is his musical legacy.
